This time, Novah has created MAIA ACTIVE's headquarters office in Shanghai. Every detail is thoughtfully designed with the users' working behaviors and needs in mind. The flexible layout highlights the company's humanistic care, aiming to create a dynamic and efficient workspace where every employee can truly enjoy themselves, work efficiently, and stay healthy.

Healthy Office Practices

Just as MAIA ACTIVE places great importance on its products and customers, the company also prioritizes the health and work experience of every employee. The open office area is designed to be bright and spacious, creating a vibrant and energetic work atmosphere. Additionally, desk partitions are thoughtfully integrated to provide necessary privacy within the open space, ensuring that employees can focus on their work without distractions.

Additionally, MAIA provides each employee with a customized height-adjustable desk and Seda ergonomic chair. This configuration not only enhances work efficiency but also effectively prevents health issues associated with prolonged sitting.
