This is a small yet beautiful office where, despite its compact size, every area has been utilized to its fullest potential, especially in terms of utilizing fragmented spaces. The most eye-catching feature is the four soundproof pods, which provide an ideal spot for making phone calls, thereby eliminating noise disturbances within the office. The multiple design details in these soundproof pods significantly enhance the user experience.

Customer Profile

GCTL is a digital technology company that is young, dynamic, and dedicated to researching digital technologies related to new energy. It boasts a promising and expansive development outlook.

 The design of office spaces often aims to maximize space utilization, transforming awkward and underutilized nooks within the office into valuable areas through clever design and a variety of furniture products. 

This new office space caters to the needs of different groups by incorporating human-centered design elements such as layout, products, colors, and nature. Each seemingly minor alteration brings about a significant upgrade to the overall office experience.

Undisturbed space

Have you ever felt the power of sound? When we are deeply focused on a document or communicating over the phone, any slight noise in our surroundings can potentially disrupt our train of thought and attention. 

Within this office space, we have placed four Nobius single-person acoustic pods in a location adjacent to workstations, which have become the preferred spaces for employees seeking tranquility and concentration. These pods are ideal for handling temporary phone calls, online meetings, and other tasks during work, allowing staff to easily transition from their workstations to the acoustic pods as needed.

Nobius’ excellent noise-cancellation capabilities enable it to effectively address noise interference issues in open environments. Inside, it is also equipped with compact seats that feature adjustable height and free rotation, designed to provide employees with a more relaxed and comfortable experience.

The interior walls of Nobius are painted in four different colors, including orange and blue, to make it easy for employees to identify and differentiate between them; the door glass is frosted to increase the privacy of the soundproof room.

Elegant Executive Office

The workspace designed for conventional executive managers often fails to address their requirements for a healthy work setting and collaborative teamwork.

The Atom executive desk is the star of the show here, being the top choice for healthy office environments, allowing administrative professionals to seamlessly switch between sitting and standing positions, effectively alleviating fatigue from maintaining a single posture for extended periods. 

When the desktop is raised, the Atom transforms into a collaborative discussion table, complemented by video conferencing tools and a writable whiteboard, thereby enhancing communication efficiency.

Meeting Space: Dedicated to Focused Thinking

The meeting space features Cluster H conference tables and Era series chairs. The Cluster H conference table comes with a sliding power track, allowing for flexible positioning of multiple adapters to ensure convenient access to power outlets for all attendees. 

The tabletop offers ample spaciousness and its corners are designed to tilt outwards at a 45-degree angle, incorporating hidden cable management that significantly frees up floor space beneath the table.

In the small conference room, Campers’ discussion table creates a more relaxed atmosphere for negotiations. The tabletop is equipped with a height-adjustable power module that provides power support for office equipment. When not in use, it can be easily stowed away without occupying desktop space.

As office space becomes increasingly innovative, employees from different industries and positions have put forward diverse requirements for their workstations. 

For instance, in the internet industry, staff members tend to prefer open and flexible workspaces that facilitate frequent communication; whereas in hard tech sectors, employees are more inclined to have more space to maintain focus and devote themselves to thinking and research.

We have fully considered the daily office needs of our staff and utilized Cluster workstation products to create a conducive environment for focused workstations.
