Responding to these contemporary demands, we have designed and created a workspace for this enterprise that aligns with emerging work models.

A secure office

The fact has proven that employees who have a greater sense of security in their work are more willing to fully engage themselves in the job. 

To this end, we have created ‘Focus Rooms (QUIET ROOMS)’ with various functional attributes for this project, and added semi-enclosed private spaces in collaboration areas, allowing staff to freely choose their work locations and work styles within the office environment.

Based on the unique behavior of our employees, we have equipped different rooms with office furniture with different functions. Examples include irregularly shaped desks and movable Rocky chairs. 

These small private spaces not only meet the needs of individuals to concentrate on their work, but are also the preferred place for staff meetings, especially for high-tech companies with a high degree of confidentiality.

The Four Us sofa is an important piece of furniture in the open area, the top of the sofa is designed for visual privacy, the material is sound-absorbent, and it is perfectly suited for collaborative discussions in small groups.

In today’s rapidly changing market environment, enterprises place emphasis on the personal development and progress of their staff, and even more so on establishing a sound internal collaborative relationship. Positive collaboration can stimulate innovative behavior among employees. 

Efficient Decision-making

We analyzed this space through NEXT Space Strategy's SPI tool and configured the office with convenient and efficient meeting spaces based on employee usage habits, office space ping-efficiency, and more.

The ‘Medium-sized Conference Room’ is designed to accelerate decision-making processes, foster corporate culture and team trust, facilitate project advancement, and establish clear division of labor and objectives. 

The ‘Meeting Lounge,’ on the other hand, is more attuned to the industry attributes of hard technology, featuring a certain level of privacy.

In addition to collaborating with others, employees need a dedicated workstation. This is the location where they handle their personal work tasks.

We have equipped spacious desks with desktop screens to enhance privacy and provide employees with a sense of security. In addition, the "I-one" chair is ergonomically designed to give employees a relaxed and comfortable sitting experience.
