This is a new office of a well-known real estate company located in Xinjiang Province. It is not only an office, but also a comfortable community dedicated to creating the best work experience for employees and improving business efficiency.

This enterprise was founded in 1984 and, after nearly four decades of development, has become a leading provider of urban and rural construction and living services in China. The company’s business focuses on the three most dynamic economic circles and key cities in the central and western regions of the country. It consistently provides good products and services to ordinary people, striving through its own efforts to meet people’s various needs for a better life and make contributions within its capabilities.

Community-oriented Office Space

In the trend of increasingly blurred boundaries between office space and living space, finding a balance between work and life has become increasingly important, which will be beneficial to the physical and mental health of employees. In this project, we have created an open office space like home, warm and comfortable, with an excellent user experience.

The lighting in the open area is very good, with Four Real tables, Four Sure lounge chairs, and Cluster meeting tables used here, which can accommodate teams of different sizes for informal collaboration at the same time.

Considering that real estate companies often need to receive visiting customers and partners, we have placed a row of leisure sofas at the entrance of the office. After customers enter the office, they can quickly find seats for waiting and resting.

The young generation in China is increasingly emphasizing the comfort of space, which has led to a greater awareness among companies that physical and mental well-being is closely tied to high-quality work output.

‘Putting people first and caring for employees’ is at the heart of what we do, and we continuously update and improve our product details to create a scientific, comfortable, and efficient working environment for people.

In order to improve employee work efficiency, the Cluster workstation system has optimized line management, realizing professional, standardized, and simplified line management.

Ultimately, we have created a vibrant, efficient, and collaborative space where an orderly spatial layout and rich functions enable employees to quickly enter a state of work and cultivate efficient daily behavior habits.

Decision-Making

From annual planning meetings, weekly standing meetings to daily project meetings… the meeting space is a critical area where teams share information and make decisions, serving as an important foundation for all business operations within the enterprise.

The large conference room can support transactional and innovative collaboration. At the same time, it is equipped with various video conferencing devices to support online meetings, which helps cultivate trust among team members and improve decision-making efficiency.

In the meeting room and training room, Molo training tables are placed. The Molo training table features convenient sliding and positioning roller configurations, making it light enough to accommodate a variety of flexible group training activities. Secondly, its foldable storage and support for multiple product specifications also bring ultra-high flexibility to the space, creating a smooth communication bridge for people.

According to the needs of enterprises, we have also planned more private negotiation spaces in the office, making it convenient for users to discuss business secrets, effectively blocking outside interference, and ensuring information security.
